We are delighted to be working with some of the most reputable
practitioners in the region and further afield who are highly
qualified in their particular disciplines as well as have visiting
specialists.
Among our practitioners are:
Anne
Grey BA (Hons), RSHom, DipHom; Registered with the Society of
Homeopaths, Fellow of the Healer Foundation
A renowned healer, Anne specialises in homeopathy, EFT and Life
Management. Using a combination of these wonderful therapies, her aim
is to restore her clients’ physical and psychological health,
increase energy levels and promote a sense of wellbeing and purpose.
She has a first class reputation for working with clients on issues
of mind, body and soul - including helping with lack of self esteem
and difficulty in relationships – and giving invaluable assistance to
achieve the true potential of a happy and fulfilling life.
Anne has over fifteen years as a practitioner in complementary
medicine, has published articles on EFT and Homeopathic Philosophy
and Practice, and teaches and supervises other practitioners and
students in her therapies. Elizabeth
Lavender (Bsc. MSc. CertTM. DipHCA. MCThA. MDYTA AC reg.)
Elizabeth holds degrees in psychology and health research and has
worked in the field of holistic health care for almost 20 years. She
qualified in Therapeutic Massage and Holistic Clinical Aromatherapy
10 years ago, since which time her practice has enabled her to
develop a client centred yet practical approach to the treatments she
offers. She has taken post graduate courses in Indian Head Massage,
Baby Massage, Reiki, Hot Stone Therapy and Hopi Ear Candling. Through
her developing interest in Eastern health philosophy she qualified as
a Daoyin Tao practitioner in 2004.
Stephanie Choularton BSc ND MRN
Stephanie is a consultant and lecturer of nutrition and herbal
medicine. After completing a degree in Biology, Stephanie went on to
study Naturopathy. She gained her qualifications in Australia
(trained in the fields of Nutrition, Herbal Medicine and Homoeopathy)
and has also completed Homoeopathic Clinical Training in India as
well as a specialist Sports Nutrition qualification.
Over the past few years Stephanie has worked as a Naturopath
consultant and lecturer in Australia, Thailand, UK and Ireland. Her
clientele has been very diverse, including Olympic athletes,
celebrities, children, pregnant women and the elderly. Presently she
combines clinical practice with teaching and writing in Ireland and
the UK. Sarah Aitken Member of
Embody, Complementary Therapists Association
Sarah’s work as a Healthcare Professional led her to research and
promote a more holistic approach to lifestyles and health issues. She
has found that using complementary therapies to aid recovery greatly
enhances a person’s chances of a return to health.
Holding a Diploma in Clinical Reflexology - for which she gained a
Grade 1 distinction and included a Certificate in Anatomy and
Physiology - Sarah also has an NVQ in Health and Social Care.
Amanda Macnamara BA (Hons) Lic Ac MBAc C; Member of the British
Acupuncture Council
Amanda obtained her degree in Five Element Acupuncture in 2004
from the College of Traditional Acupuncture, Leamington Spa which is
affiliated to Oxford Brooks University. Since graduating, she has run
successful practices and had continued specialist postgrad training,
attending advanced workshops around male and female infertility and
pain management.
With a core belief of treating a person holistically to help reawaken
the body’s ability to heal itself, Amanda’s personal interest lies in
all aspects of pregnancy care and working with couples with
infertility issues such as those undergoing IVF; the style of
acupuncture she practices is very effective for many ailments and
conditions including headaches, IBS, PMT, insomnia, anxiety and
depression.
Ann Kitchener – Reiki Master, MNFSH and MCTHA
Ann is a Reiki Master and also a Member of the NFSH and Complementary
Therapists Association. She works full time as a Healer.
Having worked as a Reiki Healer since 1995 Ann has treated a variety
of people and conditions. She brings a practical and compassionate
approach to Reiki healing to benefit her clients - whether their
condition be of a physical or psychological nature.
Ann works with her clients to help them get well and then on an
ongoing basis to maintain good health and peace of mind. However she
is also more than happy to treat people who simply enjoy the
relaxation and therapeutic benefits of Reiki.
